This release is more than just another single. For us, Kidung Bhairawa Prabhu represents a point of arrival and a new beginning at the same time. It is the moment where intention, ritual, sound, and silence finally meet—after a long process of contemplation, creation, and inner questioning.

“Kidung Bhairawa Prabhu” was conceived as a ritual offering, not as entertainment or instruction. The song draws inspiration from Bhairawa mysticism, a spiritual path centered on ego dissolution, inner confrontation, and transformation. Every section of the composition—from its ceremonial opening to its closing invocation—was shaped to function as a space for reflection rather than explanation.

Musically, this single continues the path of Balinese Mysticism Ritual Metal, blending extreme metal with ancient Balinese gamelan textures, chants, and ritual atmosphere. All instruments, vocals, and production were performed and handled independently, allowing the work to remain intimate, raw, and uncompromised.

With this release, KI BARAK SELEM takes its first clear step toward the forthcoming debut full-length album. Kidung Bhairawa Prabhu stands as the opening gate of that journey.
